Materials that we use
Please be aware that wood can sometimes act in an unpredictable manner. As a result, the product may contain slight imperfections, such as variations in the wood grain or small cracks. We do not accept returns for these imperfections. These unique flaws add character to your product.

We exclusively utilize top-notch, high-quality 8mm thick plywood for painting. Our wood is also eco-friendly. Following production, each piece of wood is further polished to guarantee an impeccable final product!

We include double-sided tape and nails for convenient fastening.

What is the correct method for accurately determining the dimensions?
The width of an item is determined by measuring from the furthest left point to the furthest right point, while the height is measured from the highest point to the lowest point.

We make every effort to ensure that all orders arrive safely, but occasionally damage may occur during transit due to the postal service.
If you experience this situation, please contact us immediately and include the requested information:
– Capture a photo of the area on the goods that has been damaged.
Capture an image of the product along with its packaging.
Once we have received all the required information, we will promptly send you a replacement item.

Keep in mind that the actual color of the product may appear different because of the lighting in the room and the resolution of your computer screen.
