Please be advised that orders for items in white may take an additional 2-4 days to be manufactured. This is because the white color requires manual painting in multiple layers, with each layer needing 4-8 hours to dry.

Materials that we use
It is important to understand that wood can be unpredictable in its behavior. As a result, the product may contain minor flaws like variations in the wood grain or small cracks. Please be aware that we do not accept returns for these imperfections. However, these unique characteristics add to the individuality of your product

We exclusively use top-notch 8mm thick plywood for painting, ensuring our products are of high quality. Additionally, our wood is environmentally sustainable. Following production, each piece of plywood is meticulously polished to guarantee you receive a flawless product.

To make it quick and simple to attach, we include both double-sided tape and nails.

What is the correct way to accurately measure the dimensions?
The width of an item is determined by measuring from its furthest left point to its furthest right point, while the height is measured from the top to the bottom of the item.

We do our best to ensure that all orders arrive safely, but occasionally damage may occur during the shipping process.
If this has occurred to you, please contact us immediately and include the following details:
Photograph the section of the goods that has been damaged.
Capture an image of the product with its packaging.
Once we have received all the necessary information, we will promptly send you a replacement item.

Please note that the product’s color may appear different depending on the lighting in the room and the resolution of your computer screen.
